Custom Photo Art Order Form
You will need to know the name of your image to place an order here. If you haven't already browsed through the pictures from your event, please go to the Event Photos page. Select your event, and as you are looking through the photos, write down the image name of your choice. When you have found the photo you want customized, return to this page and fill out the form completely. Note: Image names can be found under each picture within the album pages and will start with "IMG_NNNN" or "CMP_NNNN" or "IND_NNNN". There is a $25 fee (plus Tax) for Custom Photo Art projects. All requests require a follow up conversation to discuss the specific customizations you are looking for. If we determine that your project can be accomplished, we will wait for your payment before iniating the project. When your project is complete, we will upload it to our web site and send you an email notification letting you know that your photo is ready. You can then order prints at the standard pricing.
