Only use this form if you intend to pay with a personal check. Credit card orders should be placed through our normal Event Photos page. If you haven't already browsed through the pictures from your event, please go to the Event Photos page and select your event. As you are looking through the photos, write down the image names that you would like to order. When you have found all the image names that you want to order, return to this page and fill out the form completely. Note: Image names can be found under each picture within the album pages and will start with "IMG_NNNN" or "CMP_NNNN" or "IND_NNNN".
